Filing Complaints with Encored Officials

If you experience or witness any form of harassment, it is crucial to report the incident immediately. Encored is committed to addressing all complaints with the utmost seriousness and urgency.

Reports can be made anonymously through the secure complaint portal, or you may choose to identify yourself for a more personalized response.

Once a complaint is submitted, it will be reviewed by an independent committee within Encored. The committee is tasked with ensuring a fair and thorough investigation of all claims.
Steps to File a Complaint:

Access the Complaint Portal:

Visit the Encored internal portal and navigate to the “Harassment Complaint” section.

Alternatively, use the dedicated link provided in the employee handbook or company communication channels.

Fill Out the Complaint Form:

Personal Information: Name, Employee ID, Department.

Details of the Incident: Date, Time, Location, Description of what occurred.

Individuals Involved: Names or descriptions of the persons involved (if known).

Supporting Evidence: Upload any relevant documents, screenshots, or files that can assist in the investigation.

Desired Outcome: State your preferred resolution (e.g., formal apology, reassignment, disciplinary action).

Submit the Complaint:

Once the form is completed, submit it through the portal. An acknowledgment receipt will be generated, and the complaint will be forwarded to the independent investigation committee.

If you chose to submit anonymously, you will still receive a tracking number to follow up on the status of your complaint.
